1. Where We Ship From
All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.

2. Processing Times (Important)
We sell in-stock items and print-on-demand items. Processing times vary:
A) In-Stock Items
In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
B) Print-On-Demand (POD) Items
Print-on-demand items are produced after you order and are typically processed within 2–7business days before dispatch.
C) Mixed Orders (In-Stock + POD)
If your order contains both in-stock and POD items, we may:

ship items together once all items are ready, or
ship items in separate parcels.

If shipped separately, delivery times may vary.

3. Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch, not the order date.
Typical delivery times:

UK: 2–4 business days
EU: [4–8 business days]
International: [7–15 business days]

These are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, customs, severe weather, or peak
seasons.

4. Tracking
Tracking is provided where available. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with
tracking details once dispatched.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the
customer’s responsibility and are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect
address or failed delivery attempts, we may charge an additional shipping fee to resend it.

7. Lost, Missing, or Delayed Deliveries
If your parcel appears delayed, please allow extra time for courier handling. If your order is
marked as delivered but not received, check:

By accessing our site and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with site security
copy content for commercial use without permission use the site for unlawful activity.
We may restrict access if we believe the website is being misused.

3. Product Information & Availability
We aim to display products accurately, but:

colours may vary due to lighting/screen differences
sizing may vary slightly between batches and suppliers
product availability can change without notice

We reserve the right to update descriptions, images, pricing, or availability at any time.

4. Orders & Acceptance
After ordering, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order is accepted once it is
dispatched and you receive a dispatch confirmation email.
We may refuse or cancel an order due to:

stock errors or supply issues
pricing/listing mistakes
suspected fraud or unauthorised payment
delivery restrictions

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Print-On-Demand Items (POD)
Some items are produced using print-on-demand. This means they are manufactured after you
place your order.
By purchasing POD items you acknowledge:

processing may take longer than in-stock items
cancellations/changes may not be possible once production begins
returns for “change of mind” may be limited (see Returns Policy)

6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Payment is taken at checkout via PayPal/Apple Pay/Google Pay.
We reserve the right to change prices, but this will not affect confirmed orders.

7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. Risk transfers to you once the parcel is
delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

8. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy, available on our site.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website including branding, product names, designs, text, images, and graphics belong to ACESTATE and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACESTATE is not liable for:

indirect losses or lost profits
courier delays outside our control
customer misuse of products

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for
death/personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
