FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Processing depends on what you ordered:
- In-stock items: usually processed within 1–3 business days
- Print-on-demand items: usually processed within 2–7 business days
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking (where available).
Print-on-demand items are made specifically for you after your order is placed. This helps us
reduce waste and offer limited designs without holding large amounts of stock.
If your order contains both in-stock and print-on-demand items, your order may:
- arrive together (once everything is ready), or
- arrive in separate parcels
If items arrive separately, delivery times may vary.
If you need to change or cancel your order, email us immediately at [support@acestate.com].
Please note:
- Print-on-demand items may not be cancellable once production starts.
- Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel it.
All orders ship from the United Kingdom.
We currently ship to:
- United Kingdom
- Netherlands
- Sint Maarten
If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, we’re not shipping there yet.
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch, not the day you order.
Typical delivery times:
- UK: 2–4 business days
- EU: [4–8 business days]
- International: [7–15 business days]
These are estimates and may vary due to couriers, customs, weather, or peak periods.
Tracking is provided where available. You will receive tracking information by email once your
order has shipped.
